Ludlow Brewing Company LogoJoining Ludlow's tradition of fine food and drink, Ludlow Brewing Company is a small brewery which aims to produce high quality real ale for the discerning drinker. They are capable of producing over 1⁄2 million pints per year, in their top-notch new premises which is open to the public. Located in a specially converted railway shed, just over 50 metres north of Ludlow railway station.

The building has been fully refurbished to extremely high standards and houses a 20 barrel brewing system. Ludlow Brewery produces award winning high quality ales right in the heart of the beautiful town of Ludlow.

 

 

Ludlow Best Bitter

Ludlow Best Bitter (3.7% ABV)

A golden amber complexion, well balanced session beer. The aroma of this ale is banana, pineapple and toffee.
It has a resinous and dry finish.

Ludlow GoldGold (4.2% ABV)

This was the first beer brewed by Ludlow Brewing Company and is now a firm favourite.
This has a golden ale complexion with a papaya, pineapple and lemon aroma. Gold has a soft, full bodied creamy taste.

Ludlow Boiling WellBoiling Well (4.7% ABV)

This premium ale was named after the local Boiling Well Meadow, a few hundred metres from the brewery. 
It has a auburn chesnut complexion and a grassy aroma of autumn fruit with a full bodied sweet then dry taste.

Ludlow Black KnightBlack Knight Stout (4.5% ABV)

This stout has a ruby black complexion, with a smokey, liquorice aroma and a sweet, roasted nutty flavour.
Winner of the People's Choice Gold Award at the Ludlow Ale Trail 2011.

Ludlow Stairway to ParadiseStairway to Paradise (5.0% ABV)

Stairway has a honey gold complexion with a grassy, citrus floral aroma. It has a sharp, sweet, full bodied taste.
Unusual use of Sladek lagering hops, building a large cult following.

2011 SIBA silver award (regional strong bitters).
